I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist and art therapist with a private practice in Hackney, East London and online.
psychotherapy
In my practice I provide a confidential therapeutic space where I will carefully listen to help you identify the issues that are troubling you so that they can be thought about and made sense of. This process can provide a sense of relief that an emotional weight has been lifted.
Working through what troubles you in psychotherapy enables the unbearable to be reflected upon with gentle curiosity rather than unhelpful criticism. This process fosters an inner compassion that lends itself to a more creative and fulfilling life.
